A PLACE TO BUILD

An intuitive mixed media workshop exploring paint, stitch and texture with Elizabeth Sullivan

What we’ll work on

  • Respond with stitch; layering thread, textiles, beads and embellishments to create texture and depth

“From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly by Elizabeth. Her creative space feels as if it is nestled in the trees and has a lovely light, bright and leafy outlook. Elizabeth has a lovely calm approach to her teaching style and the workshop title described the day perfectly. For someone who has struggled with subject matter, this workshop was just what I needed to set me on the right path. Provided for us was a wonderful selection of delightful threads and bits and pieces to work with and let’s not forget the extremely yummy morning tea. I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who is feeling a little stuck with their practice or enjoys to spend the day with other like-minded people learning new things.” (M Enright)
